Whether your here for an extended stay in Whale season, a honeymoon, a conference, the warm waters with sunbathing, snorkeling, surfing or the tropical waterfalls and lush rain forests, Maui is without a doubt, the place to be. The condo is not owned by a Corporation or a group of people. It’s owned by a couple who have been visiting the island since 1985.
The condo is wonderfully located on the border of South Kihei and Wailea and a short walk across the street to Kamaole Beach III. The condo is not beachfront and filled with noise from the street or wild parties but it does have a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The condo is a Non-Smoking, two (2) bedroom, (Both bedrooms have very comfortable Queen size beds!), two (2) full bath and is the perfect getaway for four (4) adults or a couple who would just like a little extra room. SENIOR SAAVY- Both tub and shower are equipped with grab rails for those who may need a little help.

10% discount from the daily rate if you stay 14 days or more.
15% discount from the daily rate if you stay 28 + days.
20% discount from the daily rate if you stay 50 + days.

DEPOSIT, FEES & CHECK-IN
A deposit of 1/3 the Rental Fee is required within 7 days of the date your reservation is made.
The final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a cancellation fee if cancelled more that 60 days from the arrival date. All payments are non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of the scheduled arrival.
