DEPOSIT, FEES & CHECK-IN

A deposit of 1/3 the Rental Fee is required within 7 days of the date your reservation is made.
The final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There will be a cancellation fee if cancelled more that 60 days from the arrival date. All payments are non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of the scheduled arrival.
